Doggy day care may not be an option for your dog(s), but you can not avoid the fact that no matter how small or how big, how young or how old, every dog benefits from physical stimulation, even if that means a stroll around the block.

We have not met a dog that we can not teach to ride our bicycles.... trust us, we have been challenged! With the right equipment, any dog, any size, any weight and any strength can be trusted to ride beside a bike... even if an armadillo was to cross our paths, which we've encountered.

For dogs that are very energetic this is a great way to tire them out, plus for many of them its a job. Not only are they physically exhausted, they are mentally drained as well. The part of attaching the dog to the correct equipment is simple, but to teach them to come to a complete stop when we press on our brakes or turn left when the wheel turns into them, or right when the wheel turns away from them, is an art that we have perfected.

Just after a few sessions, your dog will quickly play by the rules, and learn to enjoy the ride. We have successfully trained many aggressive dogs using this strategy. It provides an outlet for their energy, and forces (without force or physical correction) to pay attention. It's simple, if they react, we speed up, forcing them to keep up with us.
