:: Intermediate Dog Training

BS in Dogology
BS is a course designed for all AA and PRE K9 graduates. This program will further both the owner and dogs and will enable you to develop a trusting and easy, realtionship with your dogs so that you can take them everywhere you go. This class meets at a different public location each week, and the main focus is to gain control: in settings with high level distractions, distance control, duration, out of sight, and amongst other dogs.

This is a challenging course for both owners and their dogs, but the rewards are great. Your dog will learn the following behaviors:

• Going through doorways without barging
• Stay (sit and down position), while handler in sight
• Stay (sit and down position), while handler out of sight
• Distance control
• Greeting known and unknown people without jumping
• Greeting dogs while on leash Come when called avoiding all distractions
• Vehicle control – getting in and out of a car under control
• Introduction to heeling
• Settle stays

Requirements:
Up to date on vaccinations and completion of AA in Dogology. Proof of vaccinations is required upon enrollment.
